Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
