About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in food prep tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen appliances.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
