About the Role:
Join ANNGA TOP in Doral, FL as a Dishwasher-Prep Cook, where you'll play a vital role in our kitchen team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and eager to contribute to a vibrant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during peak service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by kitchen management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
