Responsibilities:
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Participate in kitchen clean-up and waste disposal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
