Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to uphold health standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role preferred.
