About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe kitchen environment.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed during service.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety.
- Participate in kitchen cleanliness and sanitation tasks, including taking out trash and cleaning floors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Food handler's certification is a plus.
